How to Play the Game

Follow the instructions for each phase and advance through the game. Make sure to understand the changes in scoring as the game progresses!

Phase 1: Basic Rules

In Phase 1, each player rolls the dice, and the total amount in the bank is added by what is rolled. If a player decides to bank, the total amount is added to their score. The players that bank wait until the round is over. The round ends when all players have banked or a 4 is rolled, which resets the bank total to zero. Everyone that banked keeps their score. Phase 1 has 10 rounds.

Phase 2: Scoring Changes

In Phase 2, the scoring changes by making a 5 worth 50 points. All other rules carry over from Phase 1. Phase 2 has 10 rounds.

Phase 3: Higher Value for 1

In Phase 3, the scoring carries over from Phase 2, but now a 1 is worth 100 points. Phase 3 has 10 rounds.

Phase 4: Doubling with 2

In Phase 4, the scoring carries over from Phases 1 and 2, but now if a 2 is rolled, it doubles the amount in the bank. Phase 4 has 10 rounds.

Phase 5: Tripling with 3

In Phase 5, the scoring carries over from Phases 1, 2, and 3, but now if a 3 is rolled, it triples the amount in the bank. Phase 5 has 10 rounds.
